Since the founding of our factory three centuries ago, we have successfully produced and distributed fastening elements to markets both home and abroad. Our products find application in the rail and mining industries, as well as in other branches.

Our long-standing experience, reliable technology, well-qualified staff and the constant improvement of our production processes ensure the high quality of all our goods and services.
The full satisfaction of our Customers is the warrant of our success and contentment. Meeting their demands and requirements is the priority condition of all our professional duties.

Our major directives are:

• conducting all production processes in compliance with statutory laws - delivering goods and services in accordance with contract terms, producing them in full safety conditions
• tracking and analysing current trends in the industry to implement competitiveness-increasing methods
• the successive modernisation of technologies, machines and devices used, adjusted to the needs and expectations of the Customers
• the optimalisation of production processes
• increasing staff competence
• developing methods of data acquisition and analysis, and in consequence of the implemented Quality Management System

The Board considers the enforced and maintained the Quality Management System compatible with the ISO 9001:2000 norm as a device supporting the effective execution of the above directives. The Management also provides the resources necessary for the their efficient functioning.

Being aware that the only way to attain the highest quality of products and services is the full involvement in the performed tasks, as well as the close collaboration of staff, they are obliged to:

• observe the guidelines stated herein
• act in accordance to the current Quality Management System documentation
• undertake actions aimed at pursuing the established goals
• care for the company image and promote it

The quality policy is liable for systematic assessment in terms of its usefulness, conducted during the Quality Management System inspections; it is distributed to and acknowledged by all staff.
