In order for the joint
elements produced by us to fully meet the technical and usable requirements
placed by our Customers, we carry out the control and tests in the whole
production process beginning from the quality control of the material
deliveries for production, the inter-operating control during the production
process and ending at the final control.
From the lot of products, prior to handing them over to the Customer a
representative sample is collected, which is subject to a final control
in the Laboratory of the Quality Control Department. We carry out durability,
metallographic tests and geometrical measurements. All measuring instruments
for controlling and testing are periodically subject to checking, certification
or verification. Upon the request of the Customer we issue control documents
according to PN-EN 10204+A1.
